Why upgrade:

• New report of unpaid invoices, if you use the fully paid option. 
• With 3.71/3.81 you select get invoices and CommTrack needs to load all Customers, Items etc. before it gets the invoices. In our new version you load everything only once when you set the program up.
• When you select paid invoices it uses the payment date not the invoice date for its selection. So you don’t need to leave the start date the same when you’re selecting paid invoices.
• Two new ways to get cost have been added for those who paid commissions by gross profit. The first method is by bills. The second method is for those Customers who create a Sales Order then create POs from that Order and then invoice from the Sales Order.
• The feature that allows you to export your data has been expanded so you can choose what folder to put the file in.
• You can not delete a batch of invoices by process date thereby making them available to be processed again.
• The view invoice screen is different: You can find one invoice to view or select just credit memos. There has been some additional information added such as ship to city and bill to zip. You can also click on "SHOW PAYMENTS" to see receipts.
  • You can also add a Sales Rep to a group and see some reports based on that group.
